Carl Goode

CARL S. GOODE is a Partner in the Baton Rouge office of Seale & Ross. He advises clients on the preparation of wills, trusts, marital agreements, powers of attorney, family wealth transfers and charitable gifts. Mr. Goode also advises clients on business formations, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Mr. Goode's practice also includes providing clients with federal and state tax planning. He is also very active in elder law and special needs planning.

Mr. Goode is certified as an Estate Planning Specialist and as a Tax Law Specialist by Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He is listed in the 2010 and 2011 editions of Louisiana Super Lawyers in the area of Tax Law. He has earned an AV® Peer Review Rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.

Mr. Goode was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1974 and was admitted to practice law in Missouri in 1979. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Missouri Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
